About the event

Located in Pimlico on the banks of the River Thames, Dolphin Square was designed to be the epitome of city dwelling for the modern age. Opened in 1936, with all the luxuries of the time, it appealed to the highest echelons of society.

But behind its veneer of respectability, the Square has become one of the country’s most notorious addresses, a place where the private lives of those from the highest of high society and the lowest depths of the underworld collided.

Dolphin Square has one of the most unique and fascinating histories in London and has found itself at the centre of some of the most scandalous episodes of the past century, from the Profumo scandal to mysterious deaths.
