About the tour

Discover the old village of ‘Cealc Hyo’ or Chelsea, from its earliest origins to a rural, royal retreat, then a flourishing suburb.

This exciting tour explores Chelsea’s historic highlights, including London’s oldest botanic garden, former palaces and a 17th-century retirement home.

The tour starts and ends at the National Army Museum. It will last around 90 minutes.
